In Bill to Ship to method 2 transactions will be occurred:-
1. X will issue invoice as .....Bill to Z and Ship to Y....Place of supply will be within Karnataka itself so CGST/SGST charged
2. Z will issue invoice to Y. Place of supply will be Telangana so IGST will be charged
