X Seller from West Bengal , Y Buyer from Karnataka and goods supply to West Bengal,
please tell me what the place of supply and gst tax will charge ?

Nature of goods??
As per section 10(1)(b) of the IGST Act, place of supply is Karnataka, pricipal place of business, so you have to charge IGST , if Karnataka buyer ordered to supply goods to West Bengal.
Obviously inter state igst is applicable.
