hi frnds,
i am going to e- file for first time this year, but now when i trying to registered myself
with income tax department, it is showing that PAN No. is already registered.
they are asking secret question to reset pwd. but i dont about it
pl if anybody knows how to solve this problem, so pl pl pl help me.
i have to file my income returns.

it is just a security that if u forgot ur password u can retrieve from any of the secret question.for example it would ask which school u have studied choose that pop up and type school name in short form and remember that so that in case if u forgot the password by this u can retrieve ur password once again
