I am registered for Nov 2010 both the groups. My preparation for
GroupI - 60% prepared
GroupII - 20-30% prepared
Please adivce on the following:
1. Keeping in view my preparation level, I am planning to give only Gr.I in Nov2010 and Gr.II in May2011. will it be OK
keeping in view various factors?
2. what will be the time taken to complete CA? will it be increase by 6mnths if I
clear Gr.II in May, What is the usual way of completing the course this way, I am
not aware of this.

i will advice u to go for both grp, bt then its depend upon ur theory strenght, if its not so strong then go for grp 1 only, as grp 2 covers 200 marks theory and clearing grp 1 is compulsory so give more stress to it..
after passing first group U CAN START TRAINNING
SO IF U WILL PROCEED FOR SECOND GROUP IN MAY
THAN IT WILL NOT INCREASE UR SIX MONTHS
SO PREPARE FIRST GROUP WITH MORE ENERGY THAN SECOND GRP

There is a simple funda:-
If you could sit 5 to 8 hours from now till exams than you should go for both and one should keep in mind that accounts of 2nd group is damn easy compared to 1st group accounts.
Last one and half month is a must for 1st grp revision.
By the way i gave 1st grp and cleared it 1st shot @ 225 marks and u r lying if u say u r 60% prepared @ 1st grp....
