There are numerous problems faced by stakeholers since the introduction of new MCA portal w.e.f 27.03.2016. I think your issue occurs due to the MCA server issue. Try again. If  the issue  do not get solved raise a complaint by clicking the following link

Thanks, Yes I did complain about another problem in DIR-6 yesterday, after which they updated the forms. (The form was asking for DIR-7 attachment).

However, they haven't yet solved this problem. Hopeless they are.

Same is the problem with Income tax website while registering a new tax payer.

Use latest IE(Microsoft Edge 41.16299.820.0).

Try a different internet network. I faced the same issue , so i changed my network and i could then fill my form correctly
