Physical Use of CWIP
I want to ask if my Office Building whose construction is completed but the completion certificate is pending from Municipal Corporation and it is appearing as CWIP in my Books of Accounts can i start using it fully? Yes/No with proper reason?

Has architect certified it as "works completed"?
If yes, you can proceed.
