I have not received my admit card, however i got the online admit card printed and my photo is visible. Do i still need to carry an ID proof to avoid any inconvenience in the exam hall?

no need to caary any id proof
That should suffice, but by carrying one additional document, you do not lose anything right, then carry it to be safer.
