Photo not paste in Exam form

fill one more form and send....with consultation  from the institute

DONT PANIC DEAR, IT DOESNT CREATE PRBLE, BCOZ INST HV A EVERY MINUTE RECORD ABT U IN THEIR DATA SHEET, ALTHOGH U HV WRITE DOWN D NECRY INFO IN D BACK SIDE OF D DEMAND DRAFT, PLZ RPLY, BCOZ THEY ONLY FOCUS ON DD AMT, NT IN UR ATTACHMENTS.

Yes I write down all information in back side od DD and my other information is totally correct and i have also photo copy of Exam Form, OMR sheet and DD.

        First you call the institute and ask them whether you need to send the photo alone in another sheet or full application.. if this is your first attempt , i think they will call for your photo .... pls call the exam dept where the appl recvd ... take the action immediately... bcz you should get your hall ticket wid photo in time so you will not panic b4 xam dayz ...

If you have submitted the form to branch office, I would suggest you to talk to the office staff and request them to give the form(by giving the OMR details) back to paste the photo. But if you have sent it by post then speak to Delhi Office directly now itself. 
 

the photo and the detail we give in black pen in omr form are xeroed in our exam admit card..so i think you should consult ca office and if they say you to fill other form do it accordinly..also attach your dd information that you have send and you previous omr form number..
