PHOTO GRAPHER
I filed a return of photographer with heavy gross receipts in current year and previous year and shown approx 33% profit ....but I came to know that photographer is in professionals so 50% profit must be shown but this provision is not applicable in last year...how I solve this problem....

If the return is filed within time as per I. T. Act it can be revised u/C 44ADA
receipts is not higher but I show receipts higher for loan purpose....
photographer cant claim section 44ada.... he is not eligible assesee for 44ada
