Phone and mobile no. update problem

We have been using a single email ID for most of our clients as they do not have an email ID or they do not use internet

Now we are required to update the contact details

When we try to update the contact details, we get a msg that a single mobile no. or email cannot be used for more than 4 assessees

What should we do in such cases

We should be making a representation so that atleast email ID of the CA is allowed to be entered and we can keep a track of the same

Pls guide as to what is to be done in these circumstances - how we can overcome this problem
