Can u tell the provision Regarding conversion of Partnership into Proprietory.?

BY cancelling the partnership deed.

Normally a partnership  can not be changed into Proprietory , as because parternship consists of 2 and more persons , whereas Proprietory , in a general meaning consist of 1 person alone.

So ,  If partnership get cancelled , then all partners are free.

And They can start the business in an individual manner.

A Proprietor  which has unlimited liablity , with no legal existence , which dies with the death of proprietor. Its not a legal entity as it's not registered.

In case , m wrong. Please let me know along with the reason.
