mr ram owns two house properties
1.self occupied
2.sole proprietor businuess purpose
now he gonna get one property as SOP (no tax) other gonna be DEEMED LOP and mr ram pays tax on other which is for businesses on EXPECTED RENT BASIS.
now.. if he is paying tax on house property on which he runs his businuess,can he debit rent (ie. expected rent/12).to avoid double tax on same property.

because if he rent any permises he can do so and derive that reduced PGBP.and can pay DLOP of that property.....
