Dear Members !!!

I am presently working with a Company as Company Secretary. I shall be completing my 2 yrs of service in the said Company on 12th March , 2011. There ia contribution of PF by me as well as my employer. I have not recived my PF statement slip till date. Plz advise on the following :

1. How to obtain the PF Statement Slip

2. PF transfer from one Company to another Company.

Please ask to strictly to HR why you not provide my PF Statement?

and i am not agree with your 2nd point, bcoz many formality is raised and waste our time to process PF transfer to another company.

My opinion is pls withdrawl your PF your past organisation

With complete detail fill in Form No.19 and 10C

And my question is You have a Full & Final settlement of past organisation?

I have talked with my personnel department, they are saying that they shall issue the same within a week or so. This company is basically a very small concern. However , they are submiiting thier PF returns. The moment i shift my Company , i shall take care to withdraw my PF rather then transferring.
