one of our clients Dob has been wrongly entered in pf account now he wants to change it, need the procedure for the above. What kind of FORM has to be submited.

It needs be corrected through a formal letter to the PF department explaining the problem and correcting the same.

normally for this kind of problems A Letter to PF Dept. will solve the problem 99.9%.
