whether pf applicable to small scale industries labour & employees , if yes
then what is the minimum strength of the labour/staff required for PF registration
what is the minimum salary per head we have to show in muster
also i would like to know about ESIC Creterion details
Dear Bharti,
PF applicable on 20 or more Employee encloding 1 employee less than 6500/- (Basic+DA) salary.
If All employees Basic more than 6500/- (Basic +DA) than company is not covered under the act.
Minimum wages depend on state Minimum wages index. Minimum wages is Basic+DA for PFonly.
ESI applied on 10 or more employee in all estt.
