Hi, after introducing new slabs, govt is planning to pay min of Rs. 1000/- pension to all.

PF is calcilated on Basic Pay + Dearness allowance, however in Maharashtra DA is termed as special allowance hence if you are not paying Dearness Allowance but paying Spl Allowance then PF is to be contributed on Spl Allowance too.
