PF Deducted and not paid

Dear Friends,

A company in which provident is deducting and paying with either lower amount or not paid, what are all remedies available to tge employees in this regard.

Apart from that if  Provident fund is a form part of employees CTC but is not deducting the same. while paying, what are all consequences for same.

first of all employee could not get PF deducted amount at the time of leaving organization and secondly if you dont deposit PF amount with 15 days after deduction it will get disallowed...

Under the provisions of Provident Fund &Miscellaneous Provisions Act,1951,the following are the offences:

1.Not deducting PF as per provisions of the act

2.Deducting and not paying within due date

3.Not filing proper Returns as prescribed by law.

You have the right to file your complaint to the Enforcement Inspector of PF of your area or Sur-regional PF Commissioner or Regional Provident Fund Commissioner(RPFC) or Central Provident Fund Commissioner along with a copy of your Pay-slip or copy of your Letter of Appoinment or some other communication to prove your Authenticity of your employment with your employer.
