PF : IF EQUAL OR MORE THAN 20 EMPLOYEES
ESI : 10 EMPLOYEES
ESI : SALARY EXCEED 15000/- NO NEED TO DEDUCT ESI
PF : SALARY EXCEED 6500 THEN ONLY NEED TO PAY PF
OTHER WAT DETAIL U WANNA ,LET ME KNOW

can Anyone Explain, How the PF Amount was Calculated.

PF limite are Basic Salary Max.Rs 6,500/- p.m. not gross salary Rate @ 12 % , ( PF contribution. @ 3.67 % & Pension Contribution @ 8.66 % ) 12 % Employee deduction & 12 % employerr's contribution.
