I Think U Shud Use Standard Mileage for

1) Two Wheeler 2) Four Wheeler 3) Pubilc Transport

Than Multiple With Currnet Oil Rate nd Find Amt.

Dear every mark his standard rate of conveyance of

Two Wheleer & Four Wheler

but if your company is not mark any standard rate.

then you get average your bike and also get a Repair and mantence cost per Km

and after that plus both cost and divide with km

Either you make standards for each category of employee or each designation of employee or ask them to fill up a detailed form for getting reimbursement.
