Dear All,
If petition filed against the company is also having a name of director in joint, can the expenses incurred b called as personal expense of director?
e.g. XYZ Pvt Ltd and applicant Mr A is mentioned in court order. Can the expenses of the litigations be called as expenses of Mr.A or company?
If any petition filed against the name of the company alongwith the name of the director, such litigation expenses becomes the expenses of the company and not the personal expenses of the director.
