who is the responsible for making performa invoice accountant or Markeing personnel ,if rates and qty both are held by marketing team?

It's an responsibility of accounts person to check the proforma.
I think it's responsiblity of marketing team if both qty and rate both are held by mark.team.
if Accounts parson make this than he is only typist.

Marketing. Dept will provide info to Accounts Dept , Accounts Dept only will prepare Sales Invoice .
