Pending itr submission

Starting of Job 30 Jun 2012 ITR pending AY 2013-14 ITR filled AY 2014-15 Please suggest can I fill the pending ITR AY 2013-14 now ( if yes the the process will be same or any changes in it.

Last date for e filing of return for A.Y. 13-14 was 31st March 2015.
So, do not file return for such A.Y. if your taxable income was below the basic exemption limit as you have the valid reason for not filing the return.
However, if refund is arising for such F.Y. you can prepare your return manually and file it with your A.O. along with a letter for condonation of delay together with necessary evidences. However, it is at his discretion to accept it or not.
And if that return contains demand, then a penalty of Rs.5000 can be imposed u/s 271F plus applicable interest.
