one of my clients wants to File Income tax returns for the F.Y. 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19 and have TDS On salary Rs. 5000/- Rs. 12175/-and Rs. 4266/-

Please advise regarding pending ITR

Fy 18-19 can be filed now... remaining two if notice is received then you can.

Adding to above For F.Y 2018-19 last date to file return is 30th September 2020. If you want to file than you can file before this date.
