My annual return GSTR-4 for f.y. 19-20 is pending, please suggest there is any update for waiver of late fees in next gst council meeting or any news on it..?
should i wait for any aminity scheme or should file with current late fees.

There is currently no active amnesty or waiver for GSTR-4 of FY 2019-20. You are required to pay the late fee calculated by the GST portal to successfully file your return. It is recommended to file immediately to prevent further penalties or compliance issues.
