Penalty of Linking of PAN with Aadhar
Respected Sir I want to know that can income tax department waive off the penalty on account of non linking PAN with aadhar.thanks

No such notification till today, but it can be possible only by way of notification/circular in general...
It has waived off only during last 3 days of July , 2023
No, it cannot be waived. Most probably no such notification will come.
No it's not waived off till not for single day.
On the last 3 days , website relaxed few restrictions
I personally tried it, just because you replied on one query but not allowed.
No such notifications are there. Rs.1000/- will be penalty
Website was accepted but there is no notification..One has to pay the fees now to link Aadhaar with PAN
I already tried at the same moment you said it but website not accepted
