Yes... As per GST Late Fee is applicable if file later...
But, It's not levied in anywhere of the GSTR 3B return as per GSTR 3B late fee...
So, No more clarity...
(As per my understanding the GSTR 1 related Late Fee may be levied after annual return or Assessment. Wait on further clarity... 😇😇😇)

not sure but if fails to file for consecutive 6 months then GST office may issue cancellation of rc
