If you pay your challan by cheque, it takes time to update the details. so, you are liable & you should pay the late fees. But if you pay your challan using net banking, then you can write mail to helpdesk @ gst.gov.in and to avoid further late fees you should pay late fees.
Then you can mark the mail to gst and to avoid further late fees you should pay late fees because we cant believe on gst website or the helpdesk that they will be able to solve this problem or not.
Sir,
She wants to say that her cash ledger is updated late thats why she was unable to file the return. and then showing late fees. so the mistake is from the gst site then will she pay late fee or not...?
Dear Dipanshu Garg.,
The "Late Fee" applicable for Without filing of returns. She is not filing his return on or before the due date.
So, Will be payable late fee after delayed days.
Also If submitted then "Late Fee" is not applicable as per CBEC instructions (On August Returns). I face one of the filing..
