Penalties for non-payment of dvat & non-filing of dvat returns
Hello Sir,
If a TIN got cancelled due to non-payment of DVAT & non-filing of DVAT Returns, then what would be the procedure to restore that TIN?
If there is any panalty thereon? If yes, How much?

You should have to file your update DVAT Returns, afterwards department will upload the penalty orders at DVAT Site , that orders you can access by logging in by your Tin & Password.
