penality for filing return

i have deposited the tax but not filed the return now i have to do is there any penality for this please suggest

for which month and penalty will be auto populated

fail to furnish return of outward and inward supply with in due date attract late fee of
1) 100 per day during failure continue
2) 5000
whichever is less

in case fail to file annual return with in time
1) 100 per day failure continue
2) 0.25 percent of his turnover in state or union
whichever is less ....

No penalty for that but late fee is applicable Rs 50 per day for normal case and Rs 20 for Nil returns.
If any liabilities is there, it will be auto populated while generating challans.
