hi this is aman new on this site i have a query that i joined pe-2 through graduation this may 2008 was my 4th attempt and earlier i was suffered a marginal % of failure.
i want to know that what will be the procedure of transfer from pe2 to pcc since nov 2008 will my next and pe2 syllabus comes to end. plz tell me it in details plzzzzzzz
