PE2-IPCC orientation course

i have failed my pe2 examination in may(group 2)...and i have already converted to IPCC...my main problem is this do i have to complete this orientation course or not?...i know that theres been a circular in this regard dated 6th august 2010..but if you look closely..in the various categories of students..they havent mentioned a category in relation to students whove converted from pe2 directly to ipcc .(point 2B).in fact theyve mentioned the category as students whove registered for pe2 then switched over to pcc and then further to ipcc...NOT DIRECTLY FROM PE2 TO IPCC(I HAVE NOT SWITCHED TO PCC AT ALL)
