sir I have two UAN number ... I transfer old UAN amount( employees share and employer share ) to another new UAN number But My pension amount don't transfer yet .... I can withdrawal Pension fund old UAN number old Company' please explain it if i withdrawal or not withdrawal amount

It does not work in that way.
If you have login details and KYC is updated then PF / Pension or both can be withdrawn
