PE II result - valuation on what basis??

yaar dekho first of all please don't worry.........ok.......next......there was hard checking for pe-2 students because institute was of the opinion to qualify them mostly in the last attempts.....and one thing is for sure that pe-2 results in the forthcoming attempts is going to be more tough than it was in earlier attempts.....................ok..so....keep it in mind and get prepared for it accordingly..................bye

I also got very less marks in Group 2, My expected 60 in Tax & arround 55 in Accounts & I got 35 & 33 resp. 

and also when I checked privious 10 & next 10 nos only one is passed that is to total 153. 

PEII papers are such an easy then why results are like this ?

i agree with amit i went through a lot of nos before and ahead of me nearly 400-500 since morning and only 1 guy has cleared both grp witha total of 310 and 5-6 max have cleared 1 group

I also do agree with your views. In the last attempt i got 59 in tax and in this i got only 35.

What i think is that institute wants all the PE-II students to get converted into PCC. Thus, giving the tough results to divert minds of PE-II students.

i got exm in a/c -60 previosly and got over all 141

now this time 144 a/c-60 law -50 audit -34

i never expected to fail in auditng in dream also

Dont be upset. I was expecting 65 in Tax and landed getting just 37. The ICAI wants to control the results. 0.25 % is not what we deserve. The ICAI is doing all this at the cost of student's carrer  and life. i m appearing for Gr. 2 for the 7 th time. You need to carry LUCK FACTOR with u.

But if we want to change the way the results are out, then we need to unite ourselves.

But dont loose hope. TRY UR BEST AGAIN THIS TIME.

So shall we sum up that the Institute wants us to convert to PCC?.What about the results of PCC?.I guess it's not that bad compared to PEII.will it be wise to think that next two attempts are going to be more tough?.

I HAVE ABOUT 5 PAPERS LEFT IN PE-II....AND I KNOW  IF I WORK HARD I WILL DEFINITELY CLEAR....

PASS % CAN NEVER BE A  YARDSTICK FOR MEASUREMENT…THAT’S NOT EXPECTED FROM A PROFESSIONAL…IF THAT BE THE CASE…CA WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SUCH A POPULAR & COVETED COURSE

I dnt knw why icai is playing with students career.Even afer giving numerous attempts of Pe II, the result is always same.Why the passing percentage is so poor compare to IPCC and PCC.And i know this term i.e. may 2010 the result will be the same as earlier.Infact more disaster.

Well Ashish let's hope for the best.I know all of us facing the same problem but what can we do?.If those who are at the helm of affairs at the Institute forgets that they too went through the same ordeal,no one can do anything.

Watever u r sayin its true.Bt is actually very diffcult 2 start afresh again n  again.Due to constant failure in CA i turned up towards MBA.Currently pusuing MBA, bt the problem is still evn aftr so many attempts i wanna do CA.My MBA studies is also gtn hamper to some extent.Nw i have to do my  summer intrnship and CA exms knckng d door.ICAI will never undsnd our problems.Its easy 2 gt into ca bt tuff to leave it in between.Anywzzz letzzzz see !!!
