The last attempt for PE-II scheme was in May 2010. ....i think it will not be extended any more and you may have to join IPCC.... before that.....All the best for the Results!!!
Agree with Mr. Pancham
and Not may but a PE-II student must have to join IPCC if he want to continue studying.
