PE II 2 IPCC

hi,

    My friend completed 2nd group of PE II on May 07, scoring 60+ in tax, and other 2 subjects less than 60.

    He could nt clear his 1st grp. If he converts 2 IPCC,

    1) wat papers he is eligible for exemption?

    2) Is tat exemption applicable only 4 those papers scored 60+?

    3) If so, wat is the status of remaining papers?

              I read notification dated 29th july, it was said as papers has 2 b completed in one sitting. Does tat one sitting mean single attempt r appearance in all papers.

   4) If exemption is available 4 all papers passed in PE II ( irrespective of marks scored, by completing grp) does it has limitations?
