I have joined C.A. after graduation so i want to know that the extention of PE-II exam is also applicable to the student who join CA after graduation or not. Previously i had given three attempts & i cleared II nd Group , Now i suppose to appear Nov'2008.
Please advice me whether i am eligible for the Nov'2008 attemt or not.

I have cleared my Ist group long back and In November 2006 I have appeared for second group and I got exemption in Paper 5 Income tax & CST as per my understanding the said exemption is available till May 2009, as May 2009 is the last exam for all old students.
Can u confirm .
