PE-II

Hello Friends, i want to know about the extention of Two Attempts of PE-II (old ) students. one of my friends have cleared one group but his five attempts have exhausted, can he take the benefit of the extention of 2 attempts mentioned above or CPT is the only way forward in this case, also will he be able to take benefit of one group that he has passed.
