It is depend upon when you registered for articles.
If you have registered before 30th October 08 then you are eligible for Nov.10 attempt.

SEE YOU HAVE MENTION YOU COMPLETE MAY 08 YOUR PE-2 MEANS IF YOU JOINED ARTICLES IN JULY THEN JULY 08, 09 THEN NOV 2010 WILL BE YOUR ATTEMPT..ALL THE BEST

then ur articles date is very important
u should completed ur articles - 3 1/2 years now
