i registered for pe-2 exams in dec 2003 and became eligible for nov 2004 examinations. i have exhausted all my 5 attempts but couldn't pass the exam. am i eligible to apper in may2009/june2009 exams.

Yes u can appear, as the max. no. of attempts had been thereafter increased to 10, from the earlier 5. Contact ur ICAI branch as soon as possible...Work hard and make the Last pe2 ur successful attempt...
Yes, what he said is correct only, but i think this May/June 2009 might be the last attempt for old PE-II Syllabus, u can enquire with ICAI as early as possible.
