इ वे बिल सिस्टम द्वारा जनरेट किया जाता है जो की सिक्योरिटी के लिए क्यू आर कोड पर आधारित है इसे PDF में कन्वर्ट करने के लिए आपको दोबारा से स्कैन करके सेव करके ही किया जा सकता है

Use google chrome browser for saving pdf files.
Click on print then change print option to save as pdf, then Then u can save the PDF files.
