just study 3 to 4 hrs regularly, go thru all papers atleast 2 tyms and practice costing very much.
and u may go for recounting just visit institute site for the procedure, i too got cleared my PE 2 after recounting in 2 subject ( Cost and Information Technology) 3 marks each, from 37 & 37 to 40 & 40.
