Could anyone tell me how does this PCC work i mean the registration procedure for PCC as well as for articleship and when is the last date for registration for PCC 2010.

I want to ask that I am not able to create my id on icai webite although I have passed CPT exam and also submitted my PCC registration form on 28th August.
Pls anybody tell me, what can I do?
