after 18 months from date of joining. you are eligible to appear in May 2011. You cant  appear in November 2010. because on november you training time will be only 17 months. but if your training started on march 1, then you can appear in november 2010. tell me at which date your training started.

to attempt in nov 2010, u shld have joined artcles on or before april 12009

Dimple, its like the same what you thought.

There are two conditions

1) To pass you need to get a minimum of 40 marks in each subject

                 and

2) An aggregate of 50 marks in each subject i.e.total of 150 marks per group.

(If you are giving individual groups as in your case)

Since you complete your 15 months period by 25-Jan-2010 i.e before 1st february

OR

Your 18 months article period by 25-Apr-2010 i.e. before 1st may,

You are perfectly eligible for appearing in May 2010 PCC exams
