I am converted IPCC student doing my articleship in Mumbai. As of now I have not cleared my first group of IPCC. I want to serve my balance period of articleship abroad(DUBAI). Will my transfer be valid keeping in view that I have not cleared my first group? Is reregistration will be valid?
