I want to know whether after clearing PCC do we get a Passing Certificate from institute or not ? Don’t get confused I m saying passing certificate and not Result. If yes then, generally how much time the institute takes to dispatch it to the student by post after declaration of result on the institute’s website

Yes, we do get the passing certificate from the institute. I can't say much about the time because I got my in January while the result was out in Aug.

Institute dispatches a mark sheet. Nearly it takes 2 months.
Hey i passed the exam in this november attempt ya and got the Pass Certificate on March 31st.I think they would have despatched ya
I Passed PCC this Nov and got my marksheet on 9 of march.

But I m still not satisfied. I cleared my PCC NOV 2009 and got my mark sheet on 20th March 2010 but haven’t got a passing certificate yet. I m asking u all about that
I cleared my PCC june 2009 exam. Got results during the end of september i guess.. Got my certificate during february. It takes long time. You'll probably receive your marks sheet in may or june i guess. Not before that according to me.
I cleared my PCC in NOV09 & received the passing certificate on 25 th march 10
