Is audit of Debenture included in the syllabus of PCC because many books not contains the audit of debenture even padhuka. But in the Study Material of BOS (ICAI) Audit of Debentures included in the chapter-8 Company Audit-II but not in the syllabus. I am cofused. My attempt is due in May 2010.
