Payment to advocate

Dear Experts

I have made payment to an advocate yesterday of Rs. 5000. As reverse charge mechanism is applicable on payment to advocates am I liable to take service tax registration?

Will it make any difference if a company has made payment of above said Rs. 5000?

when you are saying that, yours is a Company, still you have taken ST registration,

which type of services rendering by company?

The company is an NBFC, and the only source of revenue of the company is interest which is a negative listed service. Company is not providing any other taxable service.
