Advocate's services is under sec 9(3) of CGST act. RCM is applicable for the Service and Recipient will be pay GST tax under RCM basis then Claim as ITC...

Agreed with Raja PM you need to pay tax under RCM if lawyer is unregistered. If he is registered then no need to pay.

The Advocate is Registered or Unregistered GST payable by Recipient as per sec 9(3) of CGST...
