Our client( Indian Compancy) organised the training in say londan and Trainer from UAE is provide training in Londan, we being an Indian Company will Make an invoice to Londan and receive the Money from Londan, which is an export service and trainer from dubai will raise an invoice to India and Indian company will pay the money to Trainer in Dubai,
Since we are receiving service from Dubai, whether we need to pay service tax as receipent of service tax ?
Please suggest me.

Mr. Arun,
In the above case the Indian company has to pay service tax both as Service provider for London company and as a Service receipient from Dubai client.
The Service tax under RCM for import of services to pay 100% ST to the Govt.

is it Money received from London ie out side india is export service?, is it st to be paid on export services?
