Self assessment tax is to be paid before filing ITR i.e. before 31.07. 2023 for FY 2022-23.
For senior citizens having no business income have no liability to pay any advance tax installments.

First be clear with sections of IT act..
Sec. 206A is for quarterly return filing while for TCS sec. 206C is there.
Moreover your query seems to quote Sub sec. 206C(1F) of IT act... so clarify.
